In the exam room, Dr. Chenault goes through your history. Not just what is on the paperwork, but your story, what you have been through and how we can help.
An orthopedic exam, range of motion testing and X-rays so we can see what is actually going on inside.
If the exam and X-rays point to SoftWave, we head to the SoftWave room and get started on the joint that is bothering you most.
Long drive? There is a restroom right by the front door.

Yes. After you book, check your email for a link to complete the new patient paperwork online. If you would rather do it in person, we will have it ready for you at the front desk when you arrive.
A photo ID and your insurance cards, including any supplemental insurance you may have, plus your completed paperwork if you filled it out at home. Please also be ready to pay for your day one visit.
Comfortable clothes. For the exam and X-rays we will ask you to take off your belt and empty your pockets.
Day one is about understanding what is going on: your history, a complete exam and X-rays. If Dr. Chenault finds you are a good candidate for SoftWave, your first treatment can happen the same day.
