In order to accomplish this, our medical professionals must address the underlying causes of each patient’s weight gain and customize a program that will work specifically for them.

Our comprehensive 10-point program, quite honestly, doesn’t give your fat cells a fighting chance! We approach weight loss from multiple angles, from physical to emotional, and we use technology to speed up the process.

Our 10-point system

1. Detox

This is the first thing we do with virtually every patient. To start the weight loss process, we begin flushing your major fat-burning organs of toxins to help increase your fat-burning hormones. This process may take days or weeks to complete, so you’ll be detoxing while working through the other points of the program.

2. Clinical Nutrition Plan

We seek to provide the most natural ingredients in the highest quality possible, in order to offer the nutrition and building ingredients that the body needs most to reach a level of complete wellness and weight loss.

3. Diversified Eating Plan

On the eating plan, vegetables, lettuce and greens are unlimited; fruits are encouraged in the mornings or in smoothies. Dairy, oils, salt and spices and water will have lists for the best options. An Avoid group will be given for your convenience.

4. Nutritional Supplements

We use a line of natural, organic supplements that support your weigh loss efforts in multiple ways. We use supplements to help detox your body, and to help with emotional eating.

5. Medical Wrap

A medical wrap works on your whole body and can target specific areas of your body that really want to hold onto fat, such as upper arms, thighs, or your belly. This treatment melts inches off your body, and allows you to see some immediate results.

6. Laser Treatment

We use a laser treatment to stimulate your fat cells to open up and safely flush away through your lymphatic system.

7. NeuroFit Emotional Eating Therapy

8. Vibe Board

This is a soothing treatment that works in two ways – it helps flush out fat cells, and builds muscle. One relaxing treatment on the Vibe Board is equivalent to 20 minutes on a treadmill – and you won’t even break a sweat.

9. Accountability Coach

Many of our patients say this is their favorite and most effective point of the program. Our Accountability Coach is with you every step of the way. She is always encouraging, never judgmental, and really helps you stay focused and on track.

10. Habit Building

The reason gimmick diets, boxed foods, and most other plans don’t work is because they do nothing to help you develop healthy habits. We work on gradually replacing your unhealthy habits with health-building habits, so even years after our program, you can stay on track.

Bad habits may be super hard to break, but good habits take only 21 days to build. If you can psyche yourself up and stay focused on the good habits we teach you, for 21 days, (the length of most of our programs) they will stick. Your good, healthy habits will become something you do without even thinking about it.

Customize your plan

Most of our patients use all 10 points in their weight loss program. How long you are in the program will depend on how much weight you need to lose. We are very flexible, and will develop a sound program for you, regardless of how much or little you need to lose. We can help you be successful whether you just need to lose 4 pounds to fit into a special dress, or you need to lose 400 pounds to save your life.

When I came here I really thought not much could be done for the extensive problems with my joints, legs, back, and neck injuries. Not to mention my pelvic being lower on one side than the other.
